I ordered two shirts $58. I ordered size extra large that's what I always wear. Unfortunately, these were small enough for a child. I've tried and tried to get in contact with him and they won't answer me very disappointed

I paid over 100 dollars for two dresses. One of my dresses came ripped, with a huge hole in the pockets and missing tons of thread. You would think having spent so much at a boutique, they would look at it. I emailed them and told them the dress is beautiful so I'll hand stitch it but I think that for the price, they should be doing a little quality control and not sending customers tattered clothing. just be weary, they may send you ripped tattered clothing as well. My daughter Jenna and I went to Kali Rose today. Had a ball shopping with Bella's hands on assistance with styles, colors and fit. Jen walked away with two shopping bags full of new outfits. Loved the jean selection. We bought 4 diff styles. Tops and a very pretty long dress for a wedding. I highly recommend Bella and we are so thankful for her help. The 15% discount certainly was nice too. We'll be going back! Good luck with the store!

Communication when there’s a delay is non existent. Customers should be notified of a delay if there is one. I shouldn’t have to ask about why it hasn’t shipped yet, to be met with “there was a delay” Delays happen, communication is important.
