I've been going to Kali for over a year now and I just love the vibe and energy here! The coaches are really helpful and the overall community is great. The skill level of members range from beginner to expert. The community is very positive which is why I always look forward to coming here.
I love this place! Trainers are very friendly and professional. The gym is very neat and clean! Give it a try and you will not get disappointed!!
Ask for the "Kung Pao" workout. Yes, it's the worst pain I've ever experienced, yes death's smirk haunts light headedness, but the satisfaction of pushing your physical and mental limits beyond the realm of any shade of familiarity is savagely fierce!
