I admit I brought the wrong size flat irons . I returned immediately within 30 mins and was told that I couldn’t exchange . Never used never opened just a solid no . I think that’s crazy
Do not order from them.i ordered over $400 worth of things.tracking number is invalid.no response to emails or voice messages.and haven't recieved anything.i will use n own this place they keep playing with me.contacting my lawyer in the a.m
Very disappointed with the way they conduct business. I ordered something from them, did not receive my package, I've called them a million times and never got/get an answer or response to my emails. UPS is trying to do a claim, but they are not following protocol. It's been over a month. They might be great at their physical location but online they are horrible. I hope and wish they will just fax the paperwork for the claim so i can be done with this bs..I'll never order anything else from them. Smh
