I used a gift voucher here in December. I didn’t have an appointment but was invited to take a seat straight away and was then left waiting for ages. I was there nearly 2 hours in total for a simple pedicure with polish. I picked a polish colour and was told it wasn’t available but they found a similar colour for me. When I went to pay with my voucher I was told I had to pay an additional amount for shellac - which I had never and would never - request. I went to the shop next to Coles kalg which I think is fairly new, I got a spa pedicure and they did such an amazing job. They look and feel amazing, will be coming back.

I went there once and will never go there again. I went there for refills and was charged the most I have ever paid anywhere and they did a really ordinary job. Three different people did my refills and they were all really rude especially the guy. They make you either pay cash or they hand you a card with their bank details on it and tell you to transfer the money into their account before you leave. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to not go there unless they don’t mind being spoken to very rudely.
