The only positive experience I've had with Kalgoorlie Metro was with Elliot, when I bought my property. Elliot made the process so easy and stress free. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the management team that was "managing" my property. Tenants became behind in rent and nothing was actioned, until I said something 2 weeks later. The water bill became overdue as well. Life happens but communication is not hard. Some paperwork was incorrect, or not in date and would have made me liable.
