We have sold a property and currently renting through kal metro and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Will definitely be using them to buy again! Very professional, very thorough on there rental inspections that are strictly every three months I can’t fault them! Lovely bunch of people.
We are very pleased with Matt's service. He made the selling process fast and easy. the house was photographed and listed within days of contacting Matt. It sold for above asking price after the first home open. He negotiated well between multiple interested parties and got us the best price. He knows the goldfields market well. He really went above and beyond. We would definitely use him again and have highly recommended him to friends and family.
I cannot recommend.. We recently bought a house with them as the agent, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Communication was the biggest issue. It was nearly impossible to get a timely response to our questions, which added a lot of unnecessary stress to the process. We found their conduct to be very unprofessional and would not work with them again.
We contacted Elliot from Kalgoorlie Metro Property about a home we where interested in Elliot was quick to respond to our text messages and provide all information that was required.
