We are very pleased with Matt's service. He made the selling process fast and easy. the house was photographed and listed within days of contacting Matt. It sold for above asking price after the first home open. He negotiated well between multiple interested parties and got us the best price. He knows the goldfields market well. He really went above and beyond. We would definitely use him again and have highly recommended him to friends and family.
I cannot recommend.. We recently bought a house with them as the agent, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Communication was the biggest issue. It was nearly impossible to get a timely response to our questions, which added a lot of unnecessary stress to the process. We found their conduct to be very unprofessional and would not work with them again.
