The staff were wonderful and my Doctor thorough and kind. I don't like hospitals however the experience at Kalgoorlie health campus was a positive one.
Wife was sent a message day of the appointment to ask if it could be moved to an earlier time and to call back to let them know if it's ok. Wife has called 3 times and no answer during her lunch. Rock up at the original time and lady has tried to tell us we missed our appointment but we never agreed to the time change. Told them the issue and eventually got it sorted. Can't just change appointment times with no confirmation. Just do better for the people who come here.
I had a surgery and a follow up surgery due to some complications. My experience at this place was nothing short of amazing. All up I stayed there for a good two to three weeks with regular daily follow ups after that. I always felt I was in best hands, nurses and doctors were meticulous, friendly, professional and committed.
