call two weeks before hand and set up a time and day to come get my storage unit when I showed up with the U-Haul they had already sold my storage unit and never called me. It was very inconvenient I had moved from Jackson so it was a bout a 3 Hour it had put more mileage on the U-Haul.
Easy to get around. Not a large facility.❤😇
