I moved to Canada, enjoyed the food a bit too much, and accidentally gained weight… so I signed up for training with Santi. He says things like “just one more” or “this is light.” Spoiler: it’s NOT. It’s a trap.😈😈😈😈 Every session feels like survival mode, but somehow… it works.💪💪 People around me keep saying I’ve lost weight and look better, so I guess I’ll keep trusting the process. Summer, I’m ready for you.😉😘 Highly recommend if you want results (and a little suffering along the way 😆).

I was kicking and screaming all my way to gym for the first year and a half at Kalev, getting myself to the gym was a big fat struggle. I was dragging my feet, and I’m sure some coaches wondered if I’d stick around. But 18 months later, something shifted. Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere and solid training. The boxing classes are a highlight—Jan is a great teacher, patient, motivating, and really knows how to help you improve. Highly recommend!
