Everybody at this gym who works here has really been nothing but amazing for me and 2 daughters they have helped out with the rates and got me set up with affordable packages . This place is awesome the people are really good at forming a exercise routine that is best suited for you.
Please note that this review reflects my personal experience and understanding. Joining the 6-week fitness challenge with KFS was a great experience. I initially discovered the program through a social media ad promoting a free challenge and decided to book an appointment. However, upon arrival, I learned there was a $500 fee to participate, which was an unexpected surprise.
