I took a class at kalev fitness my trainer is Niketan he was a perfect trainer and help me to focus my goals for weight loss journey you’re more than a trainer the ultimate trainer and coach Thank you for designing a plan that is challenging, sustainable, and perfectly tailored to me.
The gym is actually pretty spacious and nice for open gym time but the caveat is theres no reception, nobody picking up the phone or text. I was stuck outside for 30min with another fella waiting for his boxing teacher to let him in (we were like are we just gonna be stuck outside?) Until he texted his boxing teacher to come let us in, that kisi app doesnt work. Idk I wouldn't risk it again getting locked out
Doing the 6 week fitness challenge and has been a very rewarding experience working out here! Everyone is so friendly and supportive, motivates me to keep on going Edit I did not make it sadly and did feel pressured to sign this challenge and most people I talked to did not make it either kinda shows you it’s made not to truly win the money back :/
Kalev is one of the best gyms with group classes I’ve ever been to! All the trainers are fantastic (Nike, Raul, Elsa, Levi Santiago and Jan). My husband and I joined three months ago, and we couldn’t recommend it more. If you want to get stronger and need that extra push, this is the place. Special shoutout to Levi, our “Gentle Murderer” trainer. He’s always encouraging, positive, and supportive… while somehow making you question all your life choices during those 45-minute workouts. The trainers are very knowledgeable who each bring a different set of challenges to my training. They really focus on each of my motions to critique and improve my performance.
