if i could give zero stars i would. I cant believe after spending $1000s on fittings, ive had several problems which they refuse to address. My very expensive kitchen sink was warped when it came out of the box and they refused to do anything as it was bought through the builder, the toilet i picked out in showroom that i took a photo of at the time was not the toilet delivered and they refuse to do anything about it, and i just bought a brass bottle trap that the supplier has confirmed is not from them, has no watermark on ... read more
