Horrible! They literally say they are going to do something and don’t follow through at all. They don’t have good consistent staff since Michelle left. Kalene herself said she’d send me an email to cancel a life insurance policy they auto renewal for more money and she dropped the ball 100%. If you are looking for a helpful agent I’d recommend looking somewhere else. My billing is a mess and they don’t care. I asked them to cancel my auto insurance and they don’t. Absolutely horrible!
Karlene knows her stuff! She helped me find the insurance I needed without trying to upsell or sign me up for things that I didn’t want. Kalene is a great listener, professional, methodical and provided the best customer service I have ever had from an insurance company. I felt like she was personally invested in helping me get exactly what I needed. I felt like a personal friend, not a number. I highly recommend State Farm’s Kalene Collard.
Great agency and staff, very competitive rights for a top-tier agency and insurer.
Don't use state farm. They make you pay all this money and then when you have an accident and you need them to pay they'll just cancel ur insurance
