Dr Rimar did a kidney stone procedure back in February but now I'm having pain in my other kidney so I called them to set up an appointment. They said that they can do a telephone appointment in which I said that's fine. On the day of the appointment I waited by the phone to hear from Dr Rimar but no one ever called so I messaged them to see why they didn't call. Very responsive to my issues. Although busy, Dr Rimer took the time to handle my issue. I would recommend him to my friends and family as a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Theresa Putra
He Does care about his patients and ignores request unless his lying ass nurse isn't sending him my request and on record I'm BLACK and they are staffed all or most definitely majority white so if you get a life defiant surgery and he is your follow up doctor I strongly suggest you change doctor's expeditiously and if I could I would only give him/her a quarter of a star and the only reason he/she gets that is because he/she most likely take care of the capital storming kind of patient very well
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst patient care ever. Having complications after a major surgery and on a Tuesday told they may be able to see me on Friday but not guaranteed. They never answer their phone. Takes days for them to return calls. Then when they return a call they tell you they are going to talk to the nurse practitioner and call back only to say they are not in so you can't even see them. Worst patient care ever. No matter how educated Dr. Rimer is patient care is AWFUL. Would NOT EVER SEE HIM AGAIN.
