Editing to add that we've now also worked with Jacob for post surgery physical therapy/rehab. He's fantastic and works really well with my child, offering fun tasks to help the work go by and with a wonderful grasp of communication with neurodiverse youth. Jennifer Rainey-Yates has often gone above and beyond for our family over the years. We were initially referred to Prism by our pediatrician for torticollis when our newborn was favoring one side of his head/neck. Our physical therapist was Jennifer and she was so wonderful with every session. Our son loved playing with her at each session and his issue resolved quickly with a few sessions and exercises at home. All of the staff at Prism were always extremely kind and understanding if we needed to reschedule due to illness. Would absolutely recommend Prism and Jennifer to anyone!
I have been taking my kids here for the past 4 years and it is heaven sent. Our therapist Chelsea has been such a blessing helping us navigate thru our son's journey. She is great at multitasking both my kids and helping them reach there goals. Anytime I have had questions she has had answers . She is a wonderful therapist and a great person to work with.
