I called to ask if they were accepting new patients since I’m considering switching pediatricians and saw that this office is close to our home. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was very rude and seemed rushed, as if they wanted to get off the phone right away. It made me feel unwelcome and gave me a poor first impression. If this is the experience just trying to inquire about becoming a patient, it doesn’t leave me feeling confident about choosing this office.
