Individual counseling for children, teens and adults. Based on the age and goals of the client a variety of counseling modalities may be implemented here. For children I primarily implement a play therapy approach, in which games, toys, sensory items, and art are implemented to further internal exploration. For older populations I use a mixture of talk therapy using primarily a client-centered, cognitive behavioral approach and eclectic modalities, integrating art, play and somatic therapies to further internal exploration.
