I’m honestly not sure why this lab has such bad reviews, I came yesterday and they were very fast at getting me back however there was an error with my lab order (my fault actually lol) and she was very polite and just told me to come back tomorrow. I came back in today and both workers were delightful and prompt and did very well. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome and I didn’t even feel the blood draw. 5/5 from me!
The building is like a maze so stopped in to ask the receptionist a question and I was met with attitude and disrespect! Definitely proceed with caution when coming here! The receptionist said “I don’t care I’m with a patient right now!” Great customer service I won’t be back!
Not the experience I was hoping to have. Came in at 7:13 am. I was just called in the back and the lady that is supposed to be drawing my blood never called me back. And then to add on top of insult to injury, she is talking on her phone in the front office. I’ll think twice before coming back to this location.
This lab is beyond awful. The back area where they draw your blood smelled like pot. The phlebotomist was very disorganized and spazzy. To cap it off they ended up losing my bloodwork. They still haven’t located it after a month. AVOID THIS LAB
The tech didn’t know how to find my vein to get my blood sample. Eventually she did but it was so bad that she affected the blood sample so much so the tech couldn’t get any results from the blood. So I have to do it again but this time I’m going to Quest.
