We have to get yet another redraw for our newborn due to the incompetence of the staff at this location. From what our immunologist told us, this is unrelated to the new system Kaleida implemented, which also became our problem for some reason. We'll be going to Quest from now on.
Just kinda weird. You walk in and sign in on a sheet of paper and there are signs to just take a seat and that they know you are there. But you wait in the empty waiting room for an entire hour till someone else walks in signs the sheet and gets taken back right away while you are still waiting. I’m very patient and understanding of wait times but to take someone who just walks in right away before you and doesn’t even acknowledge you are there for an hour is frustrating. I am so impressed with how efficient, quick and professional the staff was at this location! I’m honestly surprised that there aren’t more reviews about this lab but I definitely plan on using them going forward! I was a walk in arrived at 1 and was walking out the door by 1:13pm and the young lady not only worked the desk but she also did the draw herself and I literally felt nothing, she was that good! I only wish I got her name so I could give credit where credit is due, but she did an amazing job and I def recommend this... read more
Awesome phlebotomist! Always treated with kindness, smiles, and they have the best decorations for children, and they give out stickers!
