Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Kaleida Health blood draw location on Sheridan Drive in Amherst. We brought our daughter, who is under 9, here for her very first blood draw specifically because this location was recommended to us as pediatric-friendly. I called beforehand and was told we could come as a walk-in. Everything goes very smoothly every time I go there I appreciate the time and care
We have to get yet another redraw for our newborn due to the incompetence of the staff at this location. From what our immunologist told us, this is unrelated to the new system Kaleida implemented, which also became our problem for some reason. We'll be going to Quest from now on.
