I spent 3 days calling Kaleida trying to get the instructions for my angiogram because their MyChart system kept loging me out within seconds of opening any information, and everyone I spoke to was rude and absolutely no help at all. I finally was able to stay logged in a for more than a few seconds, and the instructions told me things that no one at my cardiologist told me, such as not smoking for 24 hours prior to the test which could have been extremely dangerous. Fraudulent billing practices - coding higher than the actual services received. On top of that after I paid over 900 they then sent that same bill that I paid to collections……

good ol cost cutting. cant even speak to someone in the buffalo area let alone the same country to pay your bill. glad you keep cutting costs and "supporting" the WNY area....
