Dr Ahlin, is a great gynecologist. She has helped me with this transition into menopause. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
I do not recommend this doctor! The communication felt harsh and not patient-friendly. I felt unsupported and not cared for as a patient! My questions and requests for further testing were not clearly addressed, and no explanation was provided. I was only advised to take birth control and continue it even if side effects occur, which felt concerning. When I asked for the specific medication name to research it, I was later told I would need another appointment just to get that information.
The lack of bedside manners, sympathy and professionalism was the worst. I have never felt so disrespected with a doctor especially during an important and beautiful in my husband’s and my life. We left our appointment feeling the lack of care and condescended. Never again. It was our first and last encounter with this provider. I would not recommend Dr. Ahlin.
I left a poor survey review on this doctor a few months back during my pregnancy on her lack of good bedside manners, condescending tone, and lack of thoroughness and Loyola did absolutely nothing about it not even as much as a follow up to gather more information on my unpleasant experience it’s shameful they are aware they have a Bad Doctor on staff and just refuse to do anything about it meanwhile on the company website they don’t even post all the HONEST survey reviews they only post the reviews that will make their hosp... read more
