Just completed the plumbing of our bathroom remodel. We did not have a contractor, so they worked directly with us. They were reliable and pleasant to work with. They did excellent work and were an integral part of making my 20 year dream come true!
Had a water issue over the holiday season, Kaleco was very nice to come over on short notice to see my water issue, came back couple days later and completed the job. They were nice, prompt, and extremely reasonable with what they charged, would use them again
John is awesome most of his employees are very responsible and respectful. Just be cautious if he sends Ryan alone he is very uneducated in the field and needs lots of guidance. Usually John keeps a close eye on all his guys so you should be in good hands I know they have done lots of work over the years at my place.
Highly recommend never using Kaleco Plumbing. They were used by the renovation company who renovated our home and did very shoddy work. Multiple loose fittings in our home that have lead to leaks and damage, incorrect hot and cold hookups in our bathrooms and most importantly incorrect installation of our 3rd floor shower drain that has now lead to significant damage to the ceiling and wall of our 2nd floor master. Kaleco completed a complete overhaul of our plumbing on our Norwood home. In fact, their business is approx. 400 ft from our home. We have had several problems with our 'new' plumbing, which by the way was nearly $10,000 in work. A fitting was not properly tightened on our sink so we unknowingly used it and let water sit on the bottom of our brand new cabinets, ruining the bottom.
