You know the first visit was great and then it went downhill fast from there! Not only was it super difficult to reschedule or even get anybody on the phone at the front desk, but make sure you never do have to reschedule! Because if you do and they don't answer the phone then they call you and harass you. And then when you do reschedule an appointment they like to shame you by letting everybody go ahead of you. Very knowledgeable includes you with making decisions about your care. Listens to you. Very kind and respectful. Will get you in quick when sick. Wants update on my chart on how your progressing when sick. Very good Doctor
Dr Vaughn is a wonderful doctor for me and my 9 year old. He is thorough and compassionate about his patients and takes time to listen. If my child or myself needs to be seen his staff is always responsive and helpful on getting us worked in the schedule
