We engaged this business based on a “5-star” rating. However, lower-rated reviews proved to be the more informative reading. “Similar” issues appear again and again across “different” customers over time. Coincidence? Responses to negative reviews, identifying the customer can sometimes appear unexpectedly challenging…Perhaps attach supporting documents to reviews may help provide clarity and help more people draw their own conclusions. A plumber was later engaged through ServiceSeeking, where 10 quotes were received. This business was among the higher-priced quotes, and the work ultimately proceeded with a plumber whose quote was the median and included a 7-year workmanship warranty. Transparency and courtesy matter. Sharing experiences can help others make better-informed decisions.

Had a gas plumbing problem and called Kalco. From the initial phone call to the end of the job, my experience dealing with them was very easy and hassle free.
