Their customer service is horrific. Light came w parts missing, wrong diagram, and wrong email listed. Customer service said they can't help over the phone; send email. Reply to email said contact retailer. I have been purchasing products for clients for years, and the more competent companies fix the rare issue on the first phone call.
We spent thousands of dollars on their products furnishing our home. We needed three miniscule replacement crystals. My first email request to them was ignored. I followed up a few weeks later. Finally got in contact with somebody (Ryan) and after several emails back and forth was told to go buy them somewhere else. No links, just some random part number that amounted to nothing on their website. Real nice. Quite a terrible way to respond.
Great lighting options and custom fixtures capabilities.
You can tell they have never installed some of their chandeliers, I have had to modify every one that I have come across on this job so far
