Riverview holiday apartments are great value for money
Thank you to ANF and Kalbarri Riverview Apartments for a wonderful, restful week. When we arrived the staff at reception were welcoming and very helpful. Our unit was very clean and tidy. We had a fantastic stay at Kalbarri Riverview Holiday Apartment 96! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It felt like a home away from home – the bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Pelican shores villa, Convenient location, great view, walking distance to beach. Apartment q dated, bathroom door cracked. No dishwasher. Oven seems to be not working. Not entirely cleaned.
Recently stayed for 8 days and check in was a disaster as new management had only just taken over. Trying to get ahold of someone to speak to about our accommodation was no existent and when you did speak to someone they only dealt with ANF apartments and couldn’t help us. Won’t be booking again and will stay at the other resorts. Rooms are old and cleaners don’t come and clean rooms or offer new towels. Only two tea towels for the entire stay and no offer of clean ones and unable to find a cleaner to ask for clean ones. Abs... read more
