My husband and I were checking out several local dealerships for a used vehicle for myself. We had some disappointing interactions at other dealerships. Kudos to Mark and Mike for making this a painless, smooth buying experience. The transparency and candidness made our trip to the dealership very easy. Shopping for a new vehicle and visiting dealerships is usually a nerve wracking, anxious chore but there was no pressure here.
