Responsive Amazing company Nice Employees as well 5*
Showed up before appointment for a PU, load was ready, paperwork was not. Was there about 5 hours to get loaded.
HR department is a joke. They took almost a week to get back to me after attempting to contact them multiple times, just to tell me the position isn’t as they advertised. Get it together.
It's hot on shop floor during the summer & it's got the typical problems that plague most manufacturing jobs I've had. That being said, if you are a hard worker, at least a little mechanically inclined &/or learn fast on the job, there's always room to move up here. A good place to test your mettle.
If you are looking for overtime, opportunity for quick promotion, are mentally tough, want a chance to prove yourself, and want good pay for a entry level position? Kalas is for you. The leadership is kind, dedicated and are willing to work with you. When mistakes are made they simply correct it, no judgement. Which amazed me. I never heard a lead yell at anyone for rework.
