Sorted out the aircon in my Landcruiser after the dealership couldn't. Such great service, Max diagnosed the issue whilst I was dropping off the vehicle and his recommendations for the repair were spot on and fairly priced. Technically competent. Highly recommend.
Needed an aircon service urgently but struggled to get the vehicle dropped off due to children and Max arranged for his crew to collect it and bring it back to my home. Was all completed within hours. Super friendly, well priced. Would happily recommend to anyone.
Called in out of the blue for an emergency to our work van,High pressure water Jetter machine. Didn't catch grumpies name but reading the great reviews I assume it is Max He and I assume as well,Adrian got straight into it problem solved it,quickly replaced faulty parts,also rewired my faulty home jobby battery charger,gave me sum extra free parts. The older guy that runs it is rude and talks down to woman. Especially when they probe more in to why the fault happens in the first place so they can try to avoid it happening again and possibly fix it themselves to save a few dollars in an already difficult economy. He clearly realised that he wanted to make a profit and became abrasive including making the comment "he'd had enough". The job was done but the service is terrible. Better to go to a reputable brand.
Spoke to Adrian about scheduling in my vehicle for some new spotlights I acquired independently. Took my vehicle in at their time. We had a bit of discussion on the installation and other auto electrics specialist experience they have. First up opinion of this business and face to face conversation with Max left me with the confidence I needed and trust to get the job done. Fast forward to now.
