I'm a current resident here and this use to be a great place to live, not anymore!! The last couple years have been horrible! There is no office or maintenance man available ever. When things break done they take months to get them fixed. Just this year alone I had black mold growing in some parts of the unit, the hot water has gone out 4 times and it's days before it gets fixed(by an outside source) because there isn't a regular maintenancln The central air broke down and flooded my hallway(the smell was horrible) it took a... read more
Beautiful property and nicely designed apartments, no on-site management so they may be hard to get a hold of.
I would love to rate it a good rating however nobody EVVVVVEEEEEEEER ANSWERS THE PHONE. It's not a office that you can go to. Hopefully you can find a magic lamp and rub it and a Jennie would appear. And maybe you can ask him to grant you 3 wishes and that's for someone to pick up the phone.
