The change of ownership that eliminated a human working in the onsite office was unfortunate. Telephone operators have been helpful, but not as much as the lady who used to work there.
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! IM SOOO MAD! I PAID MY JUNE RENT AND ENDED OUT MOVING OUT BEGINNING OF JUNE AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY JUNE RENT PRORATED The phone service sucks, very rude....I will be notifying Western Michigan University so no other students get screwed over. ( NOTE. I PAID ON THE 1ST AND MOVED OUT ON THE 5TH)
Don't store your stuff here. This place is infested with mice and I am currently having to throw away a ton of my items because they have been chewed and mice poop is EVERYWHERE. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
Really really nice people and secure storage
Since management changed around September 2024, my access code has not worked. I have had to call the phone number on their website every single time I want to get into my storage unit, which is wildly inconvenient. Sometimes I just have to turn around and go home because their office hours are closed. I have called around 8 times now, and every single time, they tell me they will talk to management and get my code working. Well it’s still not working 7 months later.
