Really really nice people and secure storage
Since management changed around September 2024, my access code has not worked. I have had to call the phone number on their website every single time I want to get into my storage unit, which is wildly inconvenient. Sometimes I just have to turn around and go home because their office hours are closed. I have called around 8 times now, and every single time, they tell me they will talk to management and get my code working. Well it’s still not working 7 months later. Scam!!!! Rented a spot for 100 a month and it got towed and they said it my fault!!!! -5 stars
I had a TERRIBLE experience renting from Kalamazoo Storage Center. The “security” door to the facility was nearly always left open when I went to check on my belongings. The customer service team is based entirely overseas, so there is no one physically working in the office. There were often cut locks, half eaten food, and trash scattered throughout the building. I recently got a storage unit here 2/1/25 and when i came to move in they put a padlock on my unit and forced me to pay for a larger one
