Well, since a new company “Anytime storage property management” has taken over this storage center, they have fired all in person staff. So in order to get anything fixed you have to call a number that’s based in Texas. They have had a broken outside door for a couple months now with no fix. And in order to get inside storage center though another door you have to call them every time to get a code for that door. Good spot for storing clothes, just sucks there is no in person interaction, would be nice. Cops came by as I was leaving, apparently there have been break ins 🫢👀
I’ve used Kalamazoo Storage Center for about a year now and anytime I have any issues they’ve resolved my problem promptly and fairly. Units are clean and buildings are well maintained. 10/10 would recommend!
The smell of building C is like poop from rats.
The check in process was simple and straightforward. Be aware of the mandatory renters insurance that will be added on to your rent.
