Paid close to $2,000 for their high end pool vacuum. It has been problematic since I purchased it. The first time I brought it in for service, they said they was nothing they could do and I had to talk to Dolphin. They are a “certified” Dolphin dealer. Dolphin was no help at all, a support rep I could barely understand and zero resolution. It has now completely stopped working and they are telling me that they ALWAYS tell their customers not to store the power pack outdoors. They aren’t weatherproof. Have used Kalamazoo Pool for decades so was a natural choice to use them for a pool update. Between extending the pool deck in a way that elevated the look, to adding a pool house, new fencing and a water feature, they transformed that area to our beautiful summer vacation spot! Easy to work with and if Mike can’t figure out a way to accomplish your vision, then it can’t be done! Five stars AND two thumbs up!

Called twice trying to get a quote. I was told both times after being on hold for what seemed like forever that I would receive a call back. Still waiting for that call almost a month later.
