Wonderful staff! They know pool water 100% Saved my water many times!
We recently went in for a water test being our (above ground) pool was very cloudy & levels were off. We had been trying several products ourselves which nothing helped. Staff tested our sample & Jan told us our PH level was extremely low. We purchased product to resolve this & were told to stop back in for another test if needed. Went back in 2wks later, tested water sample (ph level was great!) but showed we needed to add extra chlorine—easy fix. Jan gave us some new helpful ideas moving forward. Paid close to $2,000 for their high end pool vacuum. It has been problematic since I purchased it. The first time I brought it in for service, they said they was nothing they could do and I had to talk to Dolphin. They are a “certified” Dolphin dealer. Dolphin was no help at all, a support rep I could barely understand and zero resolution. It has now completely stopped working and they are telling me that they ALWAYS tell their customers not to store the power pack outdoors. They aren’t weatherproof. Have used Kalamazoo Pool for decades so was a natural choice to use them for a pool update. Between extending the pool deck in a way that elevated the look, to adding a pool house, new fencing and a water feature, they transformed that area to our beautiful summer vacation spot! Easy to work with and if Mike can’t figure out a way to accomplish your vision, then it can’t be done! Five stars AND two thumbs up!
