Took 4 months to get a part
I was assigned the task of getting a pallet wrapper for our warehouse operations. I knew nothing about where to go, what to ask, or who to believe. When I found KPS I was so relieved. They answered my questions without making me feel ignorant. They built me the exact machine for our needs, at a fair price and without overselling me.
