The Nature Center is an EXCEPTIONAL resource in our community and we LOVE that they recognize and honor the large (and growing) homeschool community in Kalamazoo with their Outdoor Explorations for Homeschoolers programs! Thank you for offering our families the opportunity to explore the beautiful world that surrounds us in nature!
Growing up learned an abundance of life lessons attending Young Naturalists & Teen Naturalists. Also, The Caravan to Maine & camp at Yankee Springs all in the 1970s. Ecology, Conservation & Education. Before it was "cool". Still practice all I learned. The Kalamazoo Nature Center a great place to visit & always will have a special place in my heart!
Everytime we go, we find something new to do or see. Love this place!
