I had a procedure here and Everyone from receptionist to the young lady that wheeled me out to the car was Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone.
I was overdosed on anesthesia at this facility. The staff was more concerned about going on their lunch break than the fact that they almost killed me. The EMTS who had to take me from this facility to the hospital noticed what they had done and reported it to the hospital. The hospital documented what this facility did in my paperwork. The facility however documented that there were no complications even tho they had to give me blood pressure meds just to stabilize my blood pressure. Kzoo Endo Center took great care of me! I highly recommend this place! Nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Dust are all amazing! I mentioned a concern and they were responsive, caring, and understanding! Thank you!
Everything went just like they stated. Perfect experience! I recommend the wand in the buh-tum with Dr. Barbish for anyone!
