I hired Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens for a full kitchen remodel and, after nine months, I've ended the relationship and am bringing in new contractors to finish the job. Anyone considering KCK should know what they're walking into. I'll also say up front: if you've already used this company, go back and verify the work was actually done correctly, because in our experience it often wasn't. From the first meeting to final sign off, working with Kyle from Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens was an exceptional experience. He understood our vision and offered creative ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. It took a little longer to get things moving that we would have wanted, but once we did it was great from start to finish. Communication was clear and the end result speaks for itself. I cannot recommend working with Kyle at Kalamazoo Custom Kitchens and Baths enough!
Feeling very disappointed. I made an appointment and met Kyle at the showroom- looked at some options for cabinets and scheduled a time for him and his contractor to come to our home to look at the space and take measurements. He showed up without the contractor (it happens, working on someone else’s schedule isn’t easy, so I get that) he took measurements and said he would have a plan/quote in 2 weeks. Kyle was very helpful in my decision to choose a new replacement Gas Range and Hood for our kitchen...a new 48in. WOLF gas range with matching hood vent. It is a dream come true! I absolutely love it! When the guys came to install it, They were kind, courteous, and informing. I was amazed at how easy they made moving our old huge very heavy range out of such a tight space, and moving he new one in look. I will be contacting KCK in the future, when we decide to upgrade our kitchen, also.
We are so happy with our new kitchen! Kyle was great to work with, he had wonderful ideas, was easy to talk to, listened to our wants and needs, and in the end designed a beautiful and functional kitchen! On top of the craziness of construction, add in the pandemic and all the issues that brought, but still- the work was done in a safe and timely manner!
