Feeling very disappointed. I made an appointment and met Kyle at the showroom- looked at some options for cabinets and scheduled a time for him and his contractor to come to our home to look at the space and take measurements. He showed up without the contractor (it happens, working on someone else’s schedule isn’t easy, so I get that) he took measurements and said he would have a plan/quote in 2 weeks. Kyle was very helpful in my decision to choose a new replacement Gas Range and Hood for our kitchen...a new 48in. WOLF gas range with matching hood vent. It is a dream come true! I absolutely love it! When the guys came to install it, They were kind, courteous, and informing. I was amazed at how easy they made moving our old huge very heavy range out of such a tight space, and moving he new one in look. I will be contacting KCK in the future, when we decide to upgrade our kitchen, also.
We are so happy with our new kitchen! Kyle was great to work with, he had wonderful ideas, was easy to talk to, listened to our wants and needs, and in the end designed a beautiful and functional kitchen! On top of the craziness of construction, add in the pandemic and all the issues that brought, but still- the work was done in a safe and timely manner! KCK handled our bathroom remodel. It is a 1930s home in the Westnedge Hill neighborhood. The contractor went down to the studs, leveled out the floor, put in fantastic Kohler material in the shower area and Corian on the countertop. The end result of a very small bathroom now seems spacious AND very easy to clean. Being such a small area, cabinets were designed to take advantage of every available space. I could not be happier. We have used Kalamazoo Custom Kitchen and Baths for a kitchen and laundry room remodel. We found Daryl Ann and her staff excellent with the designing, installing, and follow up for both projects. Over time we have called Daryl Ann for assistance when something in the kitchen needed a spruce up or repair, and she has always provided us with excellent recommendations.
