I had a wonderful session with Ronald yesterday. He did a really good job of listening about my body's concerns and the work he does is incredible! I felt i was in a safe and healthy environment admist the covid pandemic going into this place of business. i would highly recommend receiving massage (even if you're not an athlete) here.

Athlete or not, this is a great place for a massage. I am a runner and was experiencing a lot of pain from my sciatica. After months of trying many different things to try and get some relief, my chiropractor recommended Kalamazoo Athletic Wellness. One massage with Mike P. and I couldn’t believe the results! After seeing Paul Janson's acupuncture information on face book, I decided to give it a try. This is something I had been thinking about for a long time, and something told me "this is it!" Paul could not have been more kind, generous and caring. He listened, really listened! I couldn't be happier with the changes I am seeing on my personal journey and I want to encourage others to go. I just had a massage with Alicia and she was AMAZING...highly recommend her! I have been in pain with what it feels like no flexibility in my legs/hips/ankles for months and in just one session she reduced that feeling drastically! She could feel exactly where my pain was and gave my a lot of great ideas to help with my problems! I will be back next month to keep working on regaining my flexibility back! The office was also very clean and professional! Thanks a lot!
