I chose KADC because of all the excellent reviews here. Indeed, Jeff was awesome. He gladly answered all of my HVAC questions as we walked around the house and explained everything he was going to do, any why. Our house really needed this cleaning and we couldn’t be happier.
Called today with some questions and Jeff was amazing! He asked me what my concerns were and then he explained everything to help ease my mind which put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone. Thank you for all the kindness!

Same day service! Jeff and Tyler were great! We had issues with chipmunks getting into our dryer vent and hose. Jeff and Tyler came out the same day that we called and thoroughly cleaned out everything. They checked that the flap of the vent cover was working properly and told us about another cage-like cover that we can have installed if we continue to have issues. Great service and very reasonable prices!
