They have beautiful stone but non-existent customer service. Purchased stone from Kalacatta and had them fabricate two sinks. The sinks came out looking beautiful. However, calls and emails sent to the company post installation for assistance with repairing a few chips that guests have made to our vanities have gone unanswered. It seems the priority is to sell, fabricate and install and nothing else.
We had an outstanding experience working with Kalacatta Stone and Javier. From start to finish, the service, quality, and customer care were top-notch! Javier was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that the final product exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship and materials are of the highest quality. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Highly recommended!
