I have known Elaine of Kala Hypnosis for more than 30 years. When I met the love of my life, he had been diagnosed with cancer. To help cope with the uncertainty and stresses of the situation, we came to Elaine for a hypnosis session. I had a wonderful session with Elaine!! She is so easy going and flexible when making appointments. I cancelled my first appointment with absolutely no issues, and no issues rebooking either! Elaine is beyond unprofessional! I haven't even met her yet, and after the struggle I have had to make an appointment with her, I no longer want to. I initially called her to make an appointment and she picked up the phone sounding like I was annoying her with my call. She told me she didn't have her appointment book, but that she was pretty sure that the date and time I proposed worked for her and that she would get back to me. I had a wonderful virtual session with Elaine! She is very professional and I felt very at ease talking with her about myself and my anxiety. I have personally been dealing with anxiety since I was very young and I have never felt more secure than after my session.
