Kala is great at braids! She did great on my hair and always makes sure i like my braids. she always gets your parting straight and does boho knotless braids in less than 4 hours! i been there 3 times and now that will forever be my place to go to. excellent at hair.

The pros: My braider was fast, cordial, and the location is great. My hair looks great. The cons: I didn't get what I asked/paid for. My hair looks great, but it's a lot of tension. I brought it up in shop. There was an amicable disagreement. I feel like knotless means no knots. She said she used small knots to start the braids so they last, but it's still knotless. No concessions. No arguing. I just won't return.

First, LOCATION: Google WILL take you to an apartment complex, but she is not a kitchen beautician (no shade to kitchen beauticians), but I know it can be a turn off to not expect to be booking at an apartment. This complex has business suites with separate entrances so NO you will not be in a ln apartment; it's a legitimate SUITE. Park at the leasing office and go inside. Charged me for xs butt length braids, but did smedium mid back length braids (used the curls to extend the "braid" to the butt). Prior to my appointment and at the appointment I showed a picture of how I wanted my parts and braid size, she had the picture and still did bigger parts and bigger braids. She refused a partial refund after doing the incorrect size and length, and then stop responding when we were supposedly setting a date for her to "fix" it.
