Charged me for xs butt length braids, but did smedium mid back length braids (used the curls to extend the "braid" to the butt). Prior to my appointment and at the appointment I showed a picture of how I wanted my parts and braid size, she had the picture and still did bigger parts and bigger braids. She refused a partial refund after doing the incorrect size and length, and then stop responding when we were supposedly setting a date for her to "fix" it. She’s very sweet, reasonably priced and EXTREMELY fast. My whole head of knotless took less than 5 hrs. She was also prompt in answering, and returning my calls.

She did good the first time I got my hair done but after taking out the perimeter my edges were gone just be careful

Absolutely wonderful. The best experience I have had in a long time. Kala was excellent. I called to get my daughters hair done for school. She fit us in and exceeded my expectations. She is reasonably, personable and down to earth. Thank you for welcoming us and being so kind. See you next time
