I had new tires installed yesterday! The woman behind the counter was extremely helpful and even saved me some money on my purchase price! Quick and efficient installers had the new tires installed and Alignment checked in about an hour and they didn’t charge me for checking the Alignment! Definitely recommend!

I went in to get my tires switched over while my husband was out of town. Kal tire did a once over and stated they found over 5k in work that needed to be done. At that point I said no thanks and took the quote home to my husband. Once he got home he looked them over and laughed. The amount they are over charging for parts is insane and that isn't even including the cost of labor. I highly recommend finding a second opinion before going to kal tire.
Refused to do a simple repair, tried up selling me. Front desk staff were great on the other hand.
