My wife had a tire with very low pressure. She called the shop in the morning and was advised she could drop by in the afternoon. She was barely out of the car in the parking lot and was greeted by the manager, Joe, who whisked her car into the shop. My wife relaxed in the waiting lounge and was able to pay up and leave within 40 minutes with a repaired tire and the others all checked. She felt that she had been treated like royalty. Well done, Kal Tire!
