Regret buying tires here, only reason I did it was because the employee said it will be free annual winter tire change, then on first tire change, they said that’s been expired since 2016 and charge me 200$, actually a criminal amount for a tire change, costco is 40$
I have had multiple good experiences with both the 99th St. location in Edmonton and with Kal Tire overall. They have checked and topped up my tires for free on request, recently replaced a valve core for me at no cost, fair pricing and accessible appointment times, excellent warranty work, and friendly staff. Very happy here.
I bought my winter tires in Oct. 2023 at the Kal Tire on 5810 99 street in Edmonton. Driving with them gave me great confidence during the winter. When my husband came in for our new summer tires, while installing, they noticed a defect in one of the tires. They had to order it from another store and it would take a while.
