A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO THE STAFF AT EDSON KAL TIRE. AWESOME STAFF. ALSO A HUGE DHOUT OUT TO ERIC AT KAL TIRE YELLOW HEAD IN EDMONTON. A SMALL MISHAP TO MY WHEEL COVER AND ERIC GOT ON IT RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED IT. VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN IT COMES TO MY TIRES AND BREAKS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE. THAT'S WHY I ROLL WITH KAL TIRE.
I was needing my tires changed over and was told that the service was going to be160 dollars once it was all done.I was in disbelieve that it cost that much since it's only between 100 to 120 anywhere else. Disgusting how the service guy made it sound like it was the regular rate anywhere you go. I will never deal with Kal Tire again.
Will never go to Kal tire in edmonton in Albany area ..terrible,hurtful,traumatic experience with the female manager n male mechanic.i spent over 700$ n my vehicle is barely drivable now.im hoping someone can reach out to discuss this
