Had a tire sensor replaced, Ryan is great....the young guy who took over for him was a little brutal. No communication about how they were going to fix an issue that came up, no communication about parts ordered and no communication about when my vehicle would be done. The tire tech was more useful and helpful. To top it off...I had to go back a few days later, the sensor wasn't working. Kind of annoying when you pay for something to be fixed and it's still broken a few days later!
Sent a car to this shop to do wheel alignment on Aug 28 ,2026, they damaged both side steering rack boot, they said that is not their fault. Before we send the car to the shop, everything is good, just need wheel alignment. Then they damaged brand new boots. Be ware this shop.
Called to book an appointment the guy was so rude on the phone.
