I do not suggest taking your vehicle here. I brought it in for new spark plugs. They advised me they needed to change the ignition wires as well.. quoted me a price I gave the go ahead. Got a call a few hours later saying the work was done but the price for the wires was over double what I was quoted. My boyfriend called and they told him they had called me multiple times to tell me about the increase price which they did not. Came here this morning for an emergency, a few lug of our luggage nuts are missing. Was told they wouldn't take us as they "didnt have the staff". Guess we have to drive around the city looking for help in unsafe condition.
Took my campervan in for new tires and an alignment after I replaced a bunch of front end parts. Picked it up and they said the alignment was good. Specs were a little off but shouldn't wear the tires. I drove it home and it was pulling hard to the right. I flew away for work the next day and dealt with it when I got home. The gentleman I talked to was friendly and told me to bring it in and they'll check it out. The alignment specs were off quite a bit for caster and camber. 3 stars because my winter tires were indeed changed to my summer tires. Lost stars due to the technician breaking my 2-year-old lug nut cap, didn't tell me, and the counter staff gave conflicting stories to avoid replacing a cheap part. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to claim that maybe it wasn't there to begin with. I know it was. It was a replacement lug that I replaced myself 2 years ago.
