I went to pick up some tires and the person who helped me was very rude. I said good morning and in a rude tone he said, "Can I do for you?" No, good morning or anything. The same person had helped me before and it was the same. His name is Fraser. After I picked up the tires, he took them out and put them next to the truck. Simply the best service I have seen for along time
I have visited this location twice now, and both times I have been incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service provided by both the technicians and the front-line staff. Everyone here is so friendly and warm, making each visit a pleasant experience. I would like to personally extend kudos to the gentleman who worked on Friday, January 10, in the afternoon.
