Sent a car to this shop to do wheel alignment on Aug 28 ,2026, they damaged both side steering rack boot,they said that is not their fault. Before we send the car to the shop,everything is good, just need wheel alignment.Then they damaged brand new boots. Be ware this shop.

I’ve been sitting on writing this review for a while because I wanted to give it some thought, but after my experience with both the 40th St SE and Quarry Park locations, I honestly can’t recommend Kal Tire. I had rotors installed less than two years ago and with less than 40,000 km on them, I’m now dealing with a pretty noticeable pulsing/jerking when braking. Had a last-minute emergency where I had a leak in my tire before a camping trip. Came in first thing in the morning and they took care of me right away. Thank you so much, saved my camping trip.
Pretty good service! Everything was done well and in a timely manner. They really are on top of their work.
