I went to this location for a few years, and typically had great service. Swapped tires there, but then recently began storing my tires as well. In November, I had a pretty negative experience, but this was the first issue I've had with them. Usually, the staff are great. They have great customer service, and always remind to come and retorque tires and all that. In November, I had a service rep that wasn't altogether friendly. Embarrassing story, 4pm on Oct 20th my 2nd hand BMW is sitting on it's rim with side wall tire damage. Three 50 year olds can't figure out how to release the jack and emergency spare. I'm on the phone with Kyle Smith, frustrated, swearing and he is just staying calm and collected. We finally figure this German engineering out, get my X3 to Kal Tire around 5pm.
