Kyle was able to remove a small nail from my tire, ensure there were no leaks, and get me back on the road quickly. They seemed to be quite busy, so I appreciate the quick attention.
Great customer service! Kal Tire offers a30-day satisfaction guarantee on all tires. I wasn't happy with my new tires and they were exchanged for a different set of tires the next day. I've been a KAL customer for years and will continue to be. Thanks to Ryan and Kyle for sorting this out for me. This is a great KAL Tire location. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Lots of service bays and a large area for tractor-trailer service.
They were able to order my boat trailer tires in last minute the day before and fit me in the next day replacing all four of my boat trailer tires the day we were scheduled to drive to BC for our family vacation. This is why I’ve been a Kal Tire customer and will remain so
