Terrible service at this location. I had good service consistently for the past couple of years at the Clark St location but here they were backed up way too much despite the fact that I'd made an appointment. Then their attempt to make up for the poor services was a pittance compared to my time they wasted. Will not be going back to this location.
This place always provides an exceptional service. I would go anywhere for my tire service needs.
By my opinion, best Kal Tire in city. They are busy,but friendly, good organization and knowledgeable employees.
Had an appointment at 11:30, no work was started on my car until 1:30. They called around 12:15 to ask if I would be interested in adding services. I said no, just needed the car to be done as soon as possible. Waited for 3.5 hours in total to get TWO tires changed. Was not cheap and they did not accept my BCAA membership for a discount
