Wow—huge shout-out to Smaran Bains! Thank you for your outstanding service. We were about to leave Vancouver on Sunday evening around 4 p.m. when we discovered a large nail in our rear tire. With a flight to catch from Seattle, we called every Mr. Lube in the city, but no one was willing to take us in so close to closing time. Went in for a tire swap and they tore off my bumper by accident. Such a headache! I asked them to comp the tire change, for all trouble, and the manager said we can either comp the tire change or we can cover the cost to fix your bumper via insurance 🤣 Couldn’t believe he actually said that! As if there was a world in which I was responsible to pay for the damages.
