My first negative review. Came in on February 14 and 20, 2024 with my 2011 NISSAN 370Z for a front and rear tire change. The technician broke my RF OEM TPMS sensor while changing my tire. Had to drive to Southside Nissan to get a new sensor and then the manager Mabaye refunded the amount to me. They reinstalled my sensor, however, the TPMS light would always flash and stay solid after starting the car which I thought was normal at the time. I've always had a great experience with Kal Tire and I've recieved excellent service from the Clarke Drive location over the past several years. They're honest and recently went the extra mile to repair a tire that I didn't think could be saved. I highly recommend them for your tire purchases and additional services too. I especially appreciate the fact that if you buy your tires from them, tire repairs are free of charge. Last month, I was having trouble with my tires air pressure sensors not working, I called and booked an appointment at 430pm. I was late (15 mins) but the staff member was so sweet to me, stay late to help me, fixed the problem and gave me tips for the future. Would recommend
This is the best place and only place to get tires..
Recently relocated from Ontario (July) - first place I stopped to drop off my winter tires was this Kal Tire location. Sean was so helpful; unloaded my tires and set me up for storage. Gave me some advice about places I can get my car inspected as out of Province. I asked him if I need to replace my summer tires yet, he said I have another season - honest!
