Came here as a walk-in to repair a puncture in my tire. Gerard and his team accommodated me right away and the service was friendly, prompt and professional. Would definitely come back if I need anything with my wheels!
This was my first time here. I had a nail in my tire. I booked an appointment with Gerard, who was very accommodating. Thank you! He told me the fix is for free!! The nail they pulled out ended up being short and went in sideways, so no leak, nothing to fix. The mechanics had been also very nice. Place looks very clear and they even have free coffee there! Happy to come back!

5 stars all around. Thanks to Gerard at the front for helping me. I booked an appointment to have a nail removed from my tire. It was done in 15 minutes and they didn't charge me. I'll definitely look at Kaltire in the future when my tires need replacing.
I noticed my front driver-side tire was almost flat and discovered a large nail stuck in it. I stopped by Kal Tire on Clark Drive, and the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They repaired the tire quickly and got me back on the road with minimal wait. What surprised me most was that they fixed it at no charge. I was genuinely surprised as I wasn't expecting that at all, and it really shows their commitment to customer service. Thanks for the excellent experience!
