I went yesterday to repair my tire and guess what? This morning it was down again. In addition I asked them to keep the rim protection I had around the tire. The kal tire worker said yes no problem! I trusted so when I got the car with the tire mounted back I went to my home and only later I discovered that the protection wasn’t there anymore. It did cost me 125$ to install this protection! I went to this shop because my wife works for one of their affiliate companies. At first, they found that the company was not registered in their system. However, Gerald gave me a discount to make up for the inconvenience and scheduled my vehicle for service. The service took about 1 hour. They offered free coffee and tea, and the Wi-Fi was good. Came here as a walk-in to repair a puncture in my tire. Gerard and his team accommodated me right away and the service was friendly, prompt and professional. Would definitely come back if I need anything with my wheels!
