I try to think ahead, but sometimes I don't get there in time. Kal Tire once again came to the rescue. I am so appreciative that the come through for me. The service is always prompt, the work is of the highest quality, and the price is always fair. I make an appointment at the closest branch, and have always found the same great results. I got a seasonal tire changeover done here some time ago. Customer service was absolutely fantastic However, they managed to somehow both over torque and under torque the lug nuts on my vehicle. I have to take off my tires to get to my drum brakes, and some of the lug nuts are insanely tight and one of them was way too easy to take off (not quite “tire falls off” loose, but out of spec). They only need 78 +- 7 ft lbs Kal Tire! Edit: took my torque wrench to a few of them. Some were 110+ ft lbs of torque! Way too much
