I was there Thursday July 9 at 2 pm ( ish) I just wanted to write a review about how friendly the staff was especially Eucky I believe his name was. I definitely will go back.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with the Kal Tire location in Tamarack, and I especially want to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by the store manager, Yuki. Over the past year, I was in the middle of a move and had some unexpected challenges with my tire storage. Great service at this location, quick and professional. Eucky is awesome.
Went in for a wheel alignment, sad the slimy greedy “professional” Wouldn’t even do the alignment!! No they instead give me a work order for over $15,000 on issues that weren’t even requested to look at! And assured me these issues HAVE TO BE FIXED BEFORE they could perform the requested Wheel Alignment!! So no I didn’t get my alignment done, because this shop is GUILTY of taking Advantage of it’s customers, banking on the fact that we are to trust them to NOT take advantage of our lack of knowledge under the hood! I’m leaving a review on behalf of my mom. She went to this store in November and her experience was really good. It’s a fairly new store and close to home so it was convenient for her . Recently she went in and said her experience was horrible. She said the man she spoke with was named Uckie and was very rude towards her and other female customers during her visit, just an all around unpleasant man to be around. She says she will go to her regular store from now on, they are actually pleasant and provide much quicker service... read more
