Got a new set of tires. Great service, fast service. Quoted 90 minutes and out in an hour. They even put the spare back underneath the car.

Showed up with a flat tire, and they wouldn't help me.It was an emergency, would never give these guys my business
God awful service. IF you can get through to someone it will be at a call centre where the staff can't tell you anything about the tires that you can't already find online, they can only confirm availability and pricing. I visited Kal Tire twice for tire mouting/balancing and another mechanical service on my vehicle. They are very prompt and efficient for that reliable service plus also they are competitive on price, you also save 5% with an AMA memebership. Aaron and the team are fantastic.
