I experienced horrible and alarming service at this Kal Tire location. Brought my car here several weeks ago about a tire that had a nail in it and was experiencing a slow leak. Left my car with them and they told me it would take them 1-1.5 hours to repair the tire. They called me 45 minutes later saying that they couldn’t repair the tire, which was valid because it had a bulge and interior damage, but instead of just offering to replace one tire, they tried upselling me and getting me to replace all four tires. Been coming here for 2 years now. Taylor helped me pick tires for my Tesla, also Chank gave me the best deal and the experience was excellent. Got a puncture repaired today and Taylor helped me out quickly. Great service every time!
