I had an infuriating experience at KAL Tire Richmond location today, and people need to be warned. I came in for a simple issue: a nail in one tire. Instead of addressing that, the staff immediately tried to upsell me on four new tires, claiming all of them were “worn out,” even though my car has only around 20,000 km on it and the tread is clearly still in good condition. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from your shop. My vehicle remained in your possession for three days, and despite being charged for multiple hours of diagnostic work, the root cause of the issue was never properly identified. I was advised replace the fuel pump, which I authorized based on your professional recommendation.
