HORRIBLE! I don’t know whether Kal Tire couldn’t fix my tire due to incompetence or dishonesty, but either way they have lost my trust and lost my business. Beware of this location. Here’s the story… Ran over something on highway and punctured tire on brand new 2026 Kia Carnival with fresh tires - less than 2 months old. Took tire off and brought to this location. I would've been happy to recommend this place but they started sending me survey invitation texts without my consent and I am disgusted to be honest. That's not what I gave you my number for and you know that, and you should know better than to try and squeeze every drop of value out of your customers you can by any means necessary. Tasteless.
I wasted a good hour in this shop . Counter person doesn’t understand how business is done . He blew the chance to make a sale (1500) and I left knowing I will never give you guys another chance . Dont hire idiots or you lose opportunity. I found a great tire shop nearby that was happy to take my money and did it all in 45 min . No bad attitude and no BS I had great experience s with Kal tire but its a thing of the past in Richmond. Too bad
