Absolutely useless service over the phone. Nevermind the fact that services are overpriced, at least have the service to back up your prices. Called multiple times in one day only to be put on hold for 20+ minutes each time. When my call was answered I was asked to leave my name and number and told that I would be called back. By the time I received a call back, 2 hours had passed and I had booked the same service with different place.
