I replaced my Bridgestone Blizzak WS80s with Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5 winter tires, purchasing them through Kal Tire’s website and booking an installation appointment at the Richmond location. Had a great experience at Kal Tire with the reps. On time, quick and efficient. I had a major issue with my model 3 where there was a leak from the valve that caused a flat tire within an hour. I immediately booked an appointment at Kal Tire for the next day expecting to pay over $100 to replace the TPMS sensor however upon their inspection they found out it was a simple misalignment that caused the leak. They did the service for free and sent me on my way. Transparent and honest. They earned a lifetime customer.

I hit something while driving and blew out one of my tires. I had to have my vehicle towed to Kal Tire. I am very happy with the service I received. Taylor was able to give me two quotes for new tires and was responsive to all my questions. The next day, Mun called to tell me my front brakes needed to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty and prompt business. Will always recommend Kal Tire.
