I got excellent service today at Kal tire richmond bc.I had a tire repair in reasonable time and price.
Went to pick up my tires and rims that were in storage today. And once again they sratched my rims somehow. Second time. They said they would chat with the storage location to see what can be done. Let's see what happens. Update: I got a call today from the manager and he said that they will take care of the repairs. Very good reaction to this situation.
Efficient tire/wheel service and attention to detail! The salesperson was kind and attentive to my requests. The mechanics took extra care while lifting my car and mounting/balancing new winter tires on new wheels. I appreciated that they asked for my preferred tire pressure. The waiting area has a window into the shop that lets you watch the work being done. Great tire shop!
