Maybe the best tires shop in Ottawa, purchased a set of Outpost APT tires here 4 yrs ago, each 10k kms with a free balance and rotation, best appointment implementation, each time in and out within 1 hr, much much much more efficient and reliable than other dealerships and freaking terrible Costco. Best place for wheel alignment in Ottawa, much more professional and accurate than Honda/acura dealership. Very recommended, never go back to Costco tire!

I have been using Kal tire for the last 4 years. Got a flat tire this morning. Called the shop at 8 am. Tylor and his team were very helpful and professional and were able to accommodate same-day tire swaps. At the same time, their technician was able to identify that my tire is fixable, despite Mr. Lube told me they couldn't. I learned that the tire can be patched properly, just not using the easy pull-and-plug patch. All I want to say is that their team and professionalism saved my day and my upcoming work week.
