Nothing but good things to say about Kal Tire. Grand Falls NL last summer and Ottawa Ontario this year. Able to get an appointment same day we had an emergency tire problem on our rv and repairs and new tire completed within a couple of hours. Staff at both places from phonecalls through to tire work couldnt have been more pleasant and efficient.
I contacted Kaylie at the Sheffield location after I found a leak in my 6 year old tires. Kaylie sent me 3 quotes and I went with Roadx rxmotion 4s1. While the team was replacing my tires they found that my brakes could use a tuneup so I went with that service as well for a very reasonable price. I’ve been going to Kal tire for over 10 years now and I can honestly tell you that they will take care of you until you are more than satisfied. For example I have a big truck with 37” tires , not a light wheel and tire combo to deal with , all 4 of my rims ended up with a bit of damage , definitely hurt inside but the manager Chris went out of his way to make sure my rims all got refinished by Alloy Wheel repair and they came back looking better than new , Chris also made sure the tires got mounted by his best guy , I can’t... read more
