Been to Kal Tire on Sheffield Rd a couple of times now — 2nd or 3rd visit — and every time, they deliver top-notch service. Robert and the team are straight-up solid. Friendly, fast, and locked in from the minute you walk in. Parts were arranged on the spot, no delays, no BS. I was making last-minute decisions and they handled it like pros. This is my go-to now. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for real, reliable service.
Absolutely amazing service and staff! Super respectful and knowledgeable. The showroom/seating area is incredibly clean. They put customers first here and pay attention to the details that other shops don't care about. I recommend to anyone to come here you won't be disappointed I can assure you. The techs still spoke and explained things to me. Normally as a woman the guys in shops will talk down to you or not listen or think you know nothing. Not here though. I debated between 4 and 5 and went for 5. The tech we dealt with was amazing. Hw walked us through our very good condition old tires. We really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. They were great. We were a little less certain about the tire recommendations but we really liked the warranty they came with. We saw after they had some discount tires along the back wall which we would have considered (same tires as were recommended) so we would have appreciated knowing about them prior to purchasing our new set.
