A little disappointed at the least. Vehicle was booked for tire rotation and booked online. Wasn’t able to book an Oil and Filter change at the same booking ( Doesn’t allow another service). Was told by chat that they allow a 90 minute for each service and to just mention the oil change when you show up.. I did and was told I’d have to book another time for this. Vehicle literally went in for just under 10 minutes (10:40- 10:48) for tire rotation after sitting in the parking lot for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment ... read more
