Very dissapointed in the service today. Usually they are top of the list because of all the perks. Like their flexity card program. So today on a Sunday, system was down for the flexity program... THEY COULD NOT LOG IN. CLIENT COULD NOT LOG IN. They would then not accept credit card payment over the phone?!! NOT the clients fault. Tires were all ready put on. Accomodating staff
Wobble on my car - went to 5 different mechanics and they all told me different info, all trying to fix parts that werent even broken to begin with. Kal Tire was the only reliable and accurate shop to give a fair price on parts and labour. Everyone else was incompetent, scamming or lazy. Thank you Kal Tire.
