Battery light suddenly flashing while driving highway speed, 1 1/2 hours from home… pull into Kal Tire on Leckie Rd, Kelowna, and absolutely top notch, immediate assurance and help. Emmett was so professional and informative, determined the problem while I watched and explained everything, and Austin was able to get my vehicle in and repaired that afternoon. If you’ve ever had a Mercury retrograde moment show up in the form of a flat tire, you’ll know the exact kind of chaos I walked into Kal Tire on Leckie with. Good Reliable service everytime
I drove in from Calgary and noticed a slow leak developing in the rear left tire of my car along the way. I dropped by Kal Tire and was kindly given a 1:30 p.m. appointment with a maximum estimated wait time of 90 minutes. To my surprise, the tire was repaired and ready in under 30 minutes.
