Kal-Tire staff were very courteous & repaired my tire in an extremely timely manner. Appreciated them get my vehicle in on short notice.
We have been customer of kaltire for 25 plus years and have never had a bad experience until now and the technician we dealt with should not be working in customer service.we purchased tires out of town at a kaltire and when we arrived home we went our store in medicinehat and asked to have the tires retorted and the tech said it should have been done when they were installed.Husband stated we always retorque after 100kms tech said no it's been done as he proceeded to retorted each wheel at the last tire he found 1 broken st... read more
In and out in 30 minutes with a little balance issue and tires a little low. I'm totally ignorant about cars so I had no idea what it might have been. Mitch and his team took great care of me, didn't leave me feeling silly, and my car hasn't felt better on the road in years. Thank you!
Showed up with a flat when the store opened and picked it by 1:30pm. Amazing service! Highly recommend!
